  • Students must attain a grade of "C" or better in nursing, pharmacology, social science, and natural science courses in order to graduate.
  • A total of 5 Writing Intensive (WI) courses are required to graduate. Only three of these courses have been integrated into the nursing curriculum, meaning that students must also complete two non-nursing WI courses to fulfill this requirement.
  • Students who have been enrolled at any UH System institution (any of the UH campuses or community colleges) since Spring 2001, may be exempt from certain courses such as Oral Communications or the Hawaiian, Asian, & Pacific Focus Requirements.
