Clinical Area of Focus: adult health

 

I began teaching in 1990 and I have taught all levels of medical-surgical nursing including critical care; pediatrics; maternity; management/leadership; fundamentals; and psychosocial nursing. Each of these areas has one thing in common - they require you to use interpersonal skills as well as critical thinking.  These are skills I try to develop in my students.
