Currently, I am working as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Kapiolani Medical Center as a Research Nurse Coordinator/Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hematology. My research interests are chronic illness, women’s health and genetics. My previous nursing experience consists of 22 years as a registered nurse in the areas of Intensive Care Nursing, Cardiac Care, Emergency and Trauma Nursing, Hospice Care, Organ and Tissue Donation and Nursing Research. I was born and raised in New York City. I am married; enjoy traveling, scuba diving and tennis.
Teaching topics: Chronic Illness Management, Methods & Measurement in Nursing Research, Adult Health Nursing I and II and Nursing Fundamentals.
